A NOISY neighbour has had his powerful equipment taken off him and handed a fine for keeping residents up all night with loud music.
Sedgemoor District Council prosecuted Mr Ferenczi of 9 Regal Court, Newtown Road, Highbridge for breach of a Noise Abatement Notice.
A spokesman said numerous complaints were received and Ferenczi "consistently ignored warnings" to keep it down and think of his neighbours.
