A MAN has pleaded guilty to being over the drink-drive limit when he drove into and killed 27-year-old Megan Brogan in Stoke Gifford last month.As previously reported by the Cheddar Valley Gazette, Megan Brogan died at the scene after she was knocked down by a car while crossing Hatchet Road last month.
