Police officers are keeping an "open mind" into the possibility Christopher Halliwell may have killed more women.Halliwell has been convicted of murdering two women and on Monday, September 26, the former detective who interviewed him told Radio 4 he believes there may be eight victims.One of the names mentioned by Steve Fulcher was Linda Razzell who said Halliwell had a "direct relationship" to her.
