Dorset Police have said that "no further action" will be taken against a 24-year-old man arrested in connection with the death of Jack Gudge.
The teenager died after a disturbance outside a Tesco Express store on Wimborne Road in Winton, Dorset, at around 12.55am on Saturday, July 16.
He was found unconscious at the scene with serious injuries, and was taken to the Royal Bournemouth Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
