Police in Somerset have released an unsettling recording of a 999 call from a terrified elderly woman, who was being targetted by trick-or-treaters on Halloween.
The woman, who was scared and alone at home in Taunton, had previously suffered from a heart attack and phoned the emergency line in a significantly distressed state after the trick-or-treaters had apparently thrown stones at her window.
