The identity of two people killed in a horrific crash on the A303 near Chard will not be made public until the end of the week.
The couple, both in their 70s, died when the car in which they were travelling was involved in a collision with a van near Buckland St Mary at around 1pm on Monday.
Police are continuing to investigate the crash and are appealing for any witnesses to contact them.
