A man caused a disturbance at the Manor Hotel in Yeovil, shouting and swearing in the reception demanding a room, then threatened to stab people before picking up a knife from the restaurant.
Martin James Gill had been drinking heavily when he walked into the hotel, claiming he had booked a room for the night, and became enraged when he was told one was not available.
