POLICE have arrested a man on suspicion of indecently exposing himself to women around Weston-super-Mare over the course of a weekend.Three incidents of a man 'flashing himself' at women were reported to Avon & Somerset Police between October 17 and 19.The first incident was in Boulevard, at about 10.15pm on Friday, October 17.
