Knives left at an amnesty bin at Taunton Crown Court and collected by police in Avon and Somerset have helped to create a poignant memorial to victims of knife crime.The court was the first court building in the UK to have a permanent amnesty bin, although a second has since been placed in Taunton Deane Magistrates Court.Knives left in the bin, and confiscated by the courts security team, have been used as part of the 'knife angel' sculpture, along with 59 knives handed in to Avon and Somerset...
