A Dorset man will stand trial next year for historic sex offences.David Akers, 60, of Weymouth, appeared at Bournemouth Crown Court this morning (December 19) to face charges relating to offences which allegedly occurred more than 20 years ago.Akers is accused of two counts of indecent assault relating to a girl who was under the age of 16 at the time.
