Lawrence Smith, 69, of Lower North Street, pleaded not guilty a Taunton Crown Court to two charges of indecent assault on a male person between April 1st 1990 and February 1st 1992. Iain Dixey, prosecuting, said the trial would last about three days and involve about seven witnesses.
