Police have appealed for witnesses after £50,000 worth of straw was torched on the Somerset Levels.
Firefighters were called out to a farm on Dyers Road in Curry Rivel just before midnight on Friday (February 3), and spent more than three hours tackling the fire.
Avon and Somerset Constabulary have now launched an arson investigation into the fire, which destroyed 20 tonnes of thatch reed, according to Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service.

Kain Smith, 17, was seen on Cotton Lane in Derby on February 3.
But since then Kain, who is from the Bridgwater area, has disappeared.

Nicholas Briggs, 28, and Anthony McCormick, 52, both absconded from HMP Leyhill yesterday afternoon (February 9) at approximately 4.50pm.
